Beautiful and cozy country house with heated pool at 30˚, 5' from the beach
Fantastisches neu erbautes Landhaus, umgeben von Natur und Privatsphäre. Das Haus hat eine Fläche von 200 Quadratmetern und ist auf zwei Etagen verteilt; Es besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbett, zwei mit Einzelbetten, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche, Waschküche und zwei Badezimmern, eines auf jeder Etage, das Haus ist komplett mit hochwertigen Geräten und Möbeln ausgestattet, draußen gibt es eine Veranda mit Außensofa ideal zum Lesen und Ausruhen, beheiztem Pool, Gärten mit mehr als 1000 m2 Rasenfläche, ideal für Kinder, Pergola und Grill, Waldflächen mit Ullastres (typisch menorquinischer Olivenbaum) zum Entspannen und Genießen der Ruhe der Umgebung.

We had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. The property is absolutely stunning and, if anything, the photos don't do it justice. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented.Communication before and during our stay was excellent. Sonia warmly welcomed us on arrival, showed us around the property, and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble.We travelled with our two young children and were particularly grateful that the rooms had been set up exactly as discussed before our arrival. It made settling in so much easier after a day of travelling and showed real attention to detail.The villa had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The pool was perfect, the barbecue area was fantastic, and the comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces made it easy to enjoy time together. We especially loved how private and peaceful the property felt.The grounds were beautiful and full of wildlife. Our children were delighted to see the tortoise in the garden and looked forward to seeing the horses on the driveway each day. We also enjoyed watching the beautiful birds and dragonflies around the pool, which made the setting feel even more special.Thank you to Sonia and the owners for such a lovely stay. We made some wonderful family memories and would happily recommend this property to others. We hope to return in the future.

Villa looked even better than on the pictures! Such a great place to spend our holiday. Pool was heated to 30 degrees, which was perfect for swimming! Spotted the turtle in the garden several times. House was very clean and the host was very friendly and responded quickly to our questions!

Everyone had a fantastic time, villa was perfect, heated pool and facilities can't be faulted. Location ideal for exploring the island. Just be careful on arrival as the road to access the villa is narrow off the main road.
