Very comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Communication with the owner was very good and precise. Victoria was very helpful.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Well situated in Morpeth for shops and restaurants.
The communal entrance was a bit scruffy and the apartment was up 4 flights of stairs.

clean, tidy flat. Great location for the town. very reasonable price for the accommodation.
TV was a pain to work - changing channels, especially. Need better instructions in the booklet.
Very little storage in the bedrooms - no wardrobe in bedroom two at all - which had there been 4 of us would have presented difficulties. Can I suggest, also, a couple of hooks for the towels in the bathroom.
Parking was an issue - only managed to get a space on the last evening we were there.

Great location in the very centre of Morpeth, very clean and comfortable.

Central position, close to amenities, clean and well equipped. The flat itself was great. Victoria had put fans on in the bedrooms and in the lounge before we arrived to cool the flat down as very hot outside.Great value for money and would use again.
The entrance and stairwell looks like it could do with some tlc, but don't be put off by this. When we stayed it was very hot and we couldn't open any windows, (locked shut), except in the kitchen. Didn't like the fact that people from the Indian restaurant next door used the fire escape to smoke and carry trays of food up and down when in the kitchen always felt you were being looked at. Parking not so easy, but not too far to walk .

Good location in the very centre of the town and close to our relative who we were visiting.
Entrance hall and staircase were messy and needed cleaning.

First impressions when arriving outside the apartment but absolutely fine once inside

very comfortable, two good sized bedrooms, good wifi and TV access. Location was excellent, right at the top of the main street. Milk left for our arrival with a bottle of wine and some chocolate. Owner came in part way through our stay to change bedding and towels. Kitchen equipment was fine for our needs.
parking was a bit of an issue, there was a parking permit but rarely ever available car spaces on Oldgate. However Morpeth has several free long stay car parks, not too far away so we were able to use those all the time.

Perfect location for exploring Morpeth and getting to the train station. Restaurants and cafes are close by. The flat was very spacious, clean and modern, the shower was nice and hot. The pod coffee machine was a lovely surprise, as was the milk in the fridge. The owner's communication was quick and we felt well looked after.
Need to remember to bring your own shower gel, shampoo, etc

Very attentive host, put up Christmas tree and everything we needed for our 2yr old. Quick replies on whatsapp with questions.
Location was great, had a fabulous holiday.
Just very minor things, through wear and tear. Reported to host, who appreciated the message and got it seen to asap.

Loved the place however. I could not reach the shower. I am 77. Also found the stairs a bit much. But my fault. Could have done with more instructions about heating. Was aware of cost and did not find out how to work it till I was leaving x⁰
