localizata foarte aproape de centre de interes in capitala, acces facil, locuri de parcare aceptabile
in raport de asteptarile si cerintele unei vizite cu un scop tehnic in capitala, nu am nimic de obiectat

Apartamentul este utilat si are aer conditionat in dormitoare, paturile confortabile si pretul ok, amplasara buna f aproape de centru (17 lei Bolt)
Am gasit par de la chiriasii anteriori si chiar si in prosoape, 2 prize scoase din perete, pentru familiile cu copii mici este o problema. Sunt sigur ca se va rezolva. In rest f bine

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and we especially appreciated the comfortable bed and mattress, as well as the fresh and clean bed linen.
There are, however, a few things that could be improved. Although the bathroom was clean, we unfortunately noticed a few cockroaches, which was quite unpleasant. The bathroom itself could also benefit from some updating, as the fixtures and overall design are a little dated.
The building is also quite old and not particularly welcoming, and the elevator has definitely seen better days. Of course, this is probably outside the host’s control, but it is worth mentioning for future guests.
