Хорошее местоположение, но с машиной удобнее. Прекрасный вид. Удобные кровати. До пляжа около минуты пешком, но заход в воду каменистый, лучше пройти немного дальше или иметь тапочки для плавания. Хороший бассейн. Закрытая территория. Тихо и спокойно. Хорошая коммуникация с хозяином.

Fabuloso el alojamiento y la ubicación. No puede estar todo mejor. Un sueño. No dudaría en volver. Tienes el apartamento, el restaurante, la playa y la piscina todo ahí. Hemos estado encantados!!

Perfect tranquil and quiet location. The best sea views along the coast. Near to eateries, the sea, supermarkets and a great bus route. The apartment had a kettle and filter coffee machine. The pool was lovely and often quiet. Would recommend visiting amazonia aventura approx 5km away. 1.24euro on the bus. Marbella was 2.35euro on the bus

There was a damp smell in the kitchen area, one of the shower rooms, the third bedroom and in the cupboard of the second bedroom. The patio door was tricky to close/lock. The apartment is just a little tired and could do with a little refresh, such as new crockery, wine glasses. An oven would be helpful.

great location and nice apartment with all the facilities except an oven, which was not a big deal but would have moved my rating to exceptional!

No private parking but again not a big deal for us as there was plenty of free public parking

The location and setting was really wonderful and that alone made the hefty price worth paying. It isn't a big busy complex so was very peaceful and family oriented. You could look straight out from the patio over the well-kept gardens and the sea. There is a boardwalk just in front of the beach which is below the level of the gardens so you're not constantly watching people walking along the boardwalk, and you are not overlooked by them. You literally step out of your patio and the pool is right there. There is a Lidl within walking distance (say 10 mins) as well as another Supersol (we found Lidl better and cheaper). Around the pool there is a notice which says "No inflatables, No diving etc.." but kids staying at the resort did use inflatables and dived into the pool and it didn't seem to be a problem if not too rowdy. Most of the properties appeared to be owned by Scandinavians/Spanish and people who had owned their properties for a long time. Given that pretty much the whole of that strip is heavily built up, the Beach House location was a beautiful and peaceful oasis. Having walked along the boardwalk right up to La Cala (2 hours!) our accommodation and location was, for us, definitely the best we saw.

From the photographs we had thought that the property was an actual house on more than one level and had a separate third bedroom. The property is called The Beach House but it's actually an apartment on one level. The "third bedroom" wasn't really a third bedroom as it was a day bed and accompanying pull-out pouffe which was in the entrance lobby just as you come in the front door. It was pleasant enough and nicely furnished (although the crutches against the wall were a little disconcerting! :-)You could get an extra two people sleeping there but it's definitely not a third bedroom and not a double-bed arrangement. When we arrived we found the property was clean, but not spotless and there were a few things that needed attending to, such as the floating shelves in the lounge which needed to be re-affixed properly to the wall. The sofa, coffee table and TV unit were a little tired and there was an ornamental bowl on the coffee table which needed a good clean! We accept that it is a rental property though and therefore furnished quite cheaply accordingly. One of the patio lights didn't work, so it would be good to check these little things between guests. We had one power outage one evening when we were using all the rings on the hob and had the lights and aircon on, but the owner answered the phone right away when we called and told us how to get the power back on which worked. The water pressure in the showers was very good. One thing that we did find to be a problem was that you could clearly hear the bathroom in the next door property (the properties are adjoined) and when they were using the shower the noise of the mechanics was loud!

The property was perfect for families and well equipped we loved our stay.
