it was easy to access the property following the directions provided.

Staff were very quick to respond to messages, even in the late evening. The information they provided before arrival was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the flat which could have easily accommodated 5 people using the normal beds, and has extra space with the sofa. The WiFi speed was good and internet was available in all parts of the flat. It was comforting to have a gated parking space.

The flat uses electric heaters, so on arrival was quite cold. Turning on the heaters solved this issue quickly. While surfaces were generally clean, there was some corrosion and build-up of dirt around some fixtures. The kitchen/lounge blinds did not close properly, so even with the curtains, we did not feel that we had privacy in that room. There was a large amount of dog poo in the cark park.
