The apartment itself was very comfortable and suitable to our needs

We had difficulty accessing the building and was getting conflicting information when I reached out for help - I sent a photo asking were we at the right spot to be told “not there” and then nothing else - we were left waiting for over an hour in the dark - finally was able to get some help from a stranger off the street - I was travelling for work and with a disabled client - communication wasn’t good enough

apartment was dirty, and stained, bed mattresses were so hard and has sagging, dishes and cutlery dirty, couch is hard and stained, carpet has not been steam cleaned for a long time (several stains and dirty film on top), fridge not wiped down, hair from previous people in the shower and under laundry doors, did not feel comfortable , couldn’t find key lock on arrival and had to wait in the cold wind outside while staff processed bond payment before giving me the code to the key lock, and had to wait 3 days before finally got my bond back again after several messages as they said they haven’t been to the apartment yet therefore couldn’t process return of bond until they did, will not be staying here again (have photos for evidence if needed)
