Host allowed an early check in. We communicated via WhatsApp so make sure you have the app if you book this place. Area was safe and quiet. The host also provided umbrellas, which was very nice since one of the days it did rain. There was also a drying rack for clothes that worked wonderfully. Bathroom had shampoo, body wash, and even lotion.

I would not stay here again due to the location. It looked like it was close to the train station, but really it's a 30min walk. The Colosseum was the next close thing and also about a 30min walk. For the price, we can't complain much but it really is not close to much. Not even convenience stores or restaurants. This was a problem for us because we did not budget for taxis, but if you have the money then it's fine. The Wi-Fi worked only half the time, and the host came off a bit rude at times. I felt like I could not bring stuff up to her because I was inconveniencing them. Bedroom A/C remote did not work or maybe the a/c didn't. I assume it was the remote.

We had everything we needed for our 4 day stay in Rome especially when we were travelling with kids. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms super comfy and bathrooms well maintained.

It was a perfect stay
