The staff was nice. The hotel smelled terribly strong of pot, and the room was worn out and in need of a refresh--tears and holes in curtains that didn't fully close, stains, scuffs, water damage to the bathroom counter. Nothing was gross, but a lot of it was just sad.

Feels like I’m home even though I was far from home. It’s welcoming, even though we didn’t use the provided kitchen. Food was simple; oatmeal’s, bars and coffee, nothing extremely fancy but at least there’s food. Overall very happy with the price, location and the people working there.

Service was great but I didn’t like how the lock on my door was hard to get open with my card. Might have to look into that.

The hotel is in good condition. Front desk staff are friendly whenever you can find them. The housekeeping staff was not too friendly, when asked for towels they told me to go ask the front desk. Overall the room was clean and comfortable.

Floors are sticky. There is no gym or fitness area.

Agter check in and went to the room, it wasnt have a blankets , then the guy at front desk gave me another room, was clean but there didn't have a tv remote control, and i had to go to front desk 2 tomes to get a tv remote control.

Perfect location to halfway point to Northern California.

Pretty dissapointed. We chose to stay here and pay extra to have the convinience of breakfast. However both mornings there was ONLY granola bars. We only had 1 towel and 1 pillow. Didnt look like the unit had been cleaned well. Wont be staying here again.

The third floor smelled so much like marajuana that we asked about leaving the Hotel. We were given a room on the second floor where the hall smelled like smoke but the room was ok. The floor in both rooms was dirty especially by the walls where it was filthy. The beds were clean and the staff was great but we will not be back.

Checking in was fine, but our room was awful. There was residual poop on the inside of the toilet and no pillows. We went to let our dog out in the morning and there were several Sheriffs circling around the property, that’s when we noticed a homeless issue. But ending on a positive note, they have a nice big area for dogs and courtesy poop bags.

This hotel is a cluster of errors and issues. Can’t get into the lobby to check in without somebody coming to the glass doors to open it for you. Once you check in the keys, they give you don’t work. I had to come down no less than three times to get a single key to work. Once we got in the room, the smoke detector was covered with plastic, and the room was reeked of smoke. We went to get another room. Keys didn’t work again had to go downstairs three times. Finally the lobby person came up couldn’t get the door to open, even with his master key had to go downstairs and leave a standing at the doorway in the hallway at some point he came back and was able to get the door open, but we continue to have key issues the entire stay even at the lobby door. In all, I think we ended up swapping our keys out eight times. Our room was old not very clean. The couch has duct tape on it. There are no ice machines and we were told to make our own ice with ice trays in the freezer (there are no ice trays in the freezer). Trashes piling up as tall as me in the trash collection area. The elevator smelled like weed every day. The ceiling fan has a lightbulbs just dangling off of it with no cover for the bulbs. One of the beds is literally almost in the closet… and so on. This place should be 1 star place

I have stayed here many times. The best feature is the kitchen. Full fridge and cook top burners and sink. It is going down hill though. The staff were not all friendly or very service oriented. They used to bring the plates/pans/ coffee maker to the room. This time I had to go get them all after asking 3 times. They also now lock the front door, so before you check in you can’t get in. I thought this was very odd. The Side door key opener was not functioning, which made getting back in the hotel kind of a pain if you parked in the back or other side. Overall much lower rating this time.

I was disappointed about the overall quality and condition of the room and elevator floors. I will not be staying here in the future.

Check in took over an hour. Something was biting me and my bf in the lobby. We could hear some dude yelling from his room. Our room was filthy. The bathroom sink was backed up with dirty smelly water. There was like blood or something on the ac unit. There was hair on the lamp shade. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I don't think they even cleaned the room. Every surface had grime, hair, stains. The floor was sticky. It was disgusting.

Close to restaurants and to my relatives

The front desk didn’t seem to have a room available for us. When we walked in a different couple was at the front desk requesting a room change, seemed like they got our room and the front desk had to find us a new one. When we got our room it smelled musty, the floors were sticky, the AC unit had old French fries inside the vent and the latch wouldn’t close. It kept popping open allowing anyone from the outside to open. We ended up locking the deadbolt and laying the rickety ironing board in front of the door to ensure nobody tried to enter our room. When we checked out no one was at the counter for a good 10 minutes We had to wait to checkout. Overall not the greatest stay

The fridge, mitcrowave, and shower curtain were a little dirty and not super clean. The toilet seat was ripped a bit but other than that it was a nice room.

Waiting on the front desk for check in around 20 minutes

There were two men hanging around outside of the room in the hallway and parking lot of the room i was given. I think they were using the room I was given (I checked in late around 10pm, but notified hotel I would be late). All of the lights were on, windows were opened, there was smoke in the room, bed with ruffled sheets/comforter, dirty bathroom, toilet paper barely had any left. The guys lingered in the parking lot most of the night talking loudly. Extremely upsetting experience.

They asked me to do a late check-in because they were short of staff which is very frustrating and inconvenient for me.

stayed 1 night out of the 4 we were supposed to stay. Drug dealers in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Room was smelly and dirty. I'm really dissapointed that expedia would even use this hotel. I was hoping for some kind of a refund, but no again. Won't be usinf expedia again

I booked three rooms for us and our staff as we were doing a tradeshow at the nearby Fairplex. After we checked in we immediately had to switch out one of the rooms as it smelled really bad and it seemed they were trying to cover up smell of cigarette smoke. Also there was a shady guy hanging out on the second floor near the elevator. We brought it to the attention of the front desk person and they said they knew and was dealing it with it. Never saw police come to hotel so not sure how they dealt with it. Floors were very dirty I went to take a shower after walking on them and water ran black under my feet. At check out asked for printed receipts, after a few minutes front desk person said printer was not working she would have to email them to me. I wrote down my email and she said I would have them in 10 mins. Of course never got them. Because this is an extended stay it has allot of long term residents and I assume paid for by the local or state government. Would never stay here again.
