Overall, we had a nice stay. The condo and property were exceptionally clean, and the beach was just a short walk away, which was a huge plus. The kitchen was functional but could be better stocked for anyone planning to cook. It was missing several basic items, such as a noodle strainer and mixing bowls, which made meal preparation a little more difficult. The one-bedroom condo had a comfortable pull-out sofa that worked well for additional sleeping space. However, the mattress in the primary bedroom is due for replacement. It had a noticeable groove in the middle, and the bed frame felt somewhat unstable. One thing to be aware of is the view. If you're renting this condo expecting a full beachfront view, you may be disappointed. As other reviewers have mentioned, a large house blocks much of the beach view. While this wasn't a dealbreaker for us, the listing photos may give a different impression.Despite those minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness, convenient location, and overall comfort made it a good experience, and with a few updates, this condo would be even better.

For some reason there was a very noisy portable AC unit in the bedroom and everytime it fire up was very noisy plus small bugs were entering thru the glass sliding door where the vent hose to the AC unit was pertrucing thru the plastic in the sliding glass door. This caused me to wake up several times throughout the night. The knives and refrigerator door has rust spots all over them and makes me think there were some issues with this unit in the past. Otherwise, great condo.

The condo was very clean! Check in was easy and the front desk people were very attentive. The kitchen was not well stocked with utensils. The listing offers a pull out couch. The front desk brought us sheets, but there were no pillows. The owners have every closet locked. There is no place to hang any clothes and no pantry area to store any dry goods. They also have the laundry room locked so you don’t have access to wash clothes. I would stay at the sandcastle again, but I think I would choose another unit.
