That said, when Justin stopped by to check in on the situation, he handled it with kindness, professionalism, and understanding, which we truly appreciated.Raquel, who managed our booking, was exceptional,attentive, warm, and consistently accommodating. She made sure every detail of our stay was handled with care and that our questions were answered promptly. Reviewer Comments: From start to finish this was one of the best experiences I've had renting with AirBnB and most of that is attributed to The Maimon Group. The house was stunning & somehow managed to look even more incredible once we got on site. Check in was super easy, communication throughout our entire stay was incredible with super clear and fast response times, especially from Hannah. All in all it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish and we would absolutely book again in the future!
