EVERYTHING GREAT

It was great having a TV in each room so everyone can relax in their own way. There were plenty of dishes and silverware.

The best thing about this stay was fast feedback from the team about some questions which was great.

Communication prior to our arrival was fine, and the bathroom and linens appeared clean. However, the overall cleanliness of the property was very disappointing, and it was clear the space had not been properly cleaned before we arrived. There was small hair all over the floors and bedding (it appeared human, not a pet) in the bathroom and in the main bedroom, giving the space a very uncomfortable feel. The floors had clearly not been swept or washed well, as we found small debris left behind. In the kitchen, the dishes had to be rewashed before we could use them. When I went to use the tea kettle, it was left half-full of water, it was in the cabinet and there was even a random potato left in the cabinet. There was also an open window when we arrived, which we suspected was left open to air the place out. Due to the poor housekeeping, we did not enjoy our stay and would not choose to stay at this location again.
