Location, decor , clean, comfortable , bright . Had everything we needed! Able to organise early access, and host easy to communicate with.

The entrance to the building was narrow , dark , and in need of upgrade. ( The responsibility of the whole building I would imagine.) Some noise heard from flat above, and noise outside at night. Did not detract from our stay though, and we would return!

Great apartment in the very centre of the city, 10 mins from the main train station and about 10 mins from the main square. Very nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you need for both a short or long term stay. The host was very nice, friendly and made us feel like at home. The apartment was spotless. We would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone 😊

Everything was great 😉

Toulouse is a beautiful and simple city to navigate. Near the apartment there are plenty of nice restaurants, and the train station is 10 mins walk. Small washing machine 4kg which worked for our needs. Mattress good, but pillows and linen need replacing. Clean enough for some people, but we spent an hour getting to the standard we can relax in. Mylene is a lovely, friendly host and lives nearby. We were able to use the apartment until midday on the last morning. I was a little surprised to see so few recent reviews on Booking.com and therefore decided to contribute an honest opinion, so please read on ...

Uncomfortable sofa and chairs, cushions flat. Apartment cluttered with furniture and rugs which we often tripped over (until we stored away). Neglected plants indoors and on balcony. Very noisy street at weekends, we didn't get to sleep until 5am despite closing shutters and using fan (no aircon unit). Sorry, I really wanted to like this apartment. For me, a little TLC and affordable new purchases would go a long way to improve my rating.
