overall maintenance & cleanliness lighting in sitting room

The view was undoubtedly the best on the island, thats what sold me, and my wife and I were not dissapointed. All your basic needs are met, the neccessary appliances are provided. If you are an outdoors person, this is the spot. The view from behind the villa is also a beautiful one of the ocean and a couple of tiny islands, which you will not notice in the glow of the best sunset ever. Its the closet I've ever felt to the sun, its a brilliant spectacle. Close to groceries, food establishments, department stores, ice cream parlours. If you plan to stay indoors and be pampered, maybe not the ideal choice though. There is even a trail to the end of the road that takes you down to the water where you may find a couple ducks to keep your company.

It is in quite a remote location down a rough track so hard work getting to and from the villa. A car is essential as nothing is walkable

We saw bright pink American flamingos in the salt pond below the villa and beautiful hummingbirds in the garden, plus a very large hermit crab visited the garden one day.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom even with the windows closed. I bought a plastic mosquito net and kept the bathroom door closed.
