Location was great. It was clean and it was great to be supplied with face / body clothes which we had not bought with us. It was great there was a table down stairs to eat at if needed.
No breakfast sadly, depite the requests for breakfast each day.
Check in was a little tricky as they were so many different codes so it was a little confusing and took some time to get into Jing House.

The place was very quiet. It was located close to the main street and not far from a FamilyMart.
During my stay, I didn't see anyone on my floor, and no one disturbed me either.
The twin room was quite spacious as well. I was able to open my luggage without any problem.
The toilets and showers were clean.
The corridor was a bit narrow. I had some difficulty getting to the second floor with my large bag, but I only had to carry it up and down once, so it wasn't a big issue :)

Ryokan style, good toilet arrangement, Water provided, but no kettle to boil extra water. very automatic, from check in until check out.
breakfast order said to be closed at 10pm, and no more serving after 9am. but the brochure didnt mention the order cut off. and information about breakfast serving supposed up to 09.35am. too automatic, should be backed with on-chat staff for any urgent inquiries.

I liked the shared kitchen and communal space.
I didn't like the overly complicated registration, check-in, breakfast and checkout process. I didn't like the noise in the room space. The place is very small and tight so neighbors and hallway noise is very uncomfortable. For example, my room was opposite the wash sinks where people had access to hair dryers at all hours. Also, the stairway is very narrow and makes carrying bags very difficult.
