Location was good and so is the host. House is good and rooms are spacious. We rented a full 2bhk
Parking can be bit better, however, it’s the location so can’t complaint much.

The homestay is located in a prime location, and Rock Beach is very nearby. The place was very neat and clean, and the stay was comfortable. The owner was very kind and helpful. He checked with us to make sure everything was okay and guided us about nearby restaurants and food options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
I didn't feel that everything was good.

I highly recommend this place. Perfect location, big house but very cozy and comfortable. Owner Mahalik is very energetic and friendly. Kitchen, drinking water, dishes. It is really a Home away from home!

It was clean
Good hot water facilities
Clean sheets on the bed
Drinking water was provided
Kitchen facilities if you want to cook
Parking facility
Very convenient in location
The photos show 2 bedrooms and we assumes that but we got a one bedroom facility in the ground floor
Inadequate ventilation
The airconditioner in the bedroom was not cooling well enough
Open drainage in front of the house so cannot keep the door open since it stinks
The checkout time was given as 12pm but the owner was nearly pestering to leave an hour and half before since the next guest was to arrive. The cleaners also pestered us a little at the guesthouse
