Comfortable beds and nice linens. Fast response time to queries. Friendly host and cleaner. Wifi and TV were great. Broken iron was replaced very quickly.

Walk through middle bedroom. No toaster. Frying pan handle was broken. Need more than one mirror for this many people. No coffee filters.

1. we were a family of 5, so, the apartment was big enough for us. 2. you have a lot of towels, drier, clean sheets, and kitchenware in good condition to use. 3. you can park in the street door for free, but it’s outside. 4. communication with the owner was easy and fast 5. the metro station is very close and fast to Manhattan too.

1. the noise during the night (one of the nights we had a group of people having fun in the street and we could hear the laughts. 2. to arrive to one of the room you have to cross another room in the middle. that’s disgusting because one room has no privacy. 3. the neighborhood during the night is a little bit scary. I recommend to not walk around at night. we were worried about our car but finally it was safe. 3. the bath was a little bit dirty. 4. the carpet was a little bit dirty and old. 5. the heating was turned on during the night without touching anything (we are in May) and we had to turn off the radiators, one by one.

Worst accommodation I ever stayed in. Dirty, damaged, smelly, dusty, cold.I would never recommend this to anyone.Please stay away.

Noise. Pipe noises their were alot wood boards laying around the apartment. A drill on the stair well. I was told we had first floor and second floor to ourself. People underneath us down there. Kept turning off lights come down hall when it's been raining and dark. No peep whole to our door see anybody at our door. The fact their wasn't any mention upon myself about anybody staying inside they had door open at times. When either or myself children coming down to empty trash or go outside the property. Tv had no regular station, didn't like flooring some of apartment areas. Crack and chip walls inside areas in apartment. Dirty fans inside bedroom area. Not to appealing feel as safe area claimed to be
