The breakfast. The breakfast room. The swimming pool.

The Delux family room was advertised on ground floor. This is not true it is based in the basement. Your view is a solid wall. It feels claustrophobic. You enter from the basement parking space. The finance office was opposite our room. House keeping Backup stock also next to our room. The aircon of the whole building few steps away. Toilets for guests and staff few steps away. This is a dungeon. I started coffing from the moist downstairs. We moved to another room the next day but had to pay an extra R500.00 per night. The reception staff was not very friendly about this situation.

Excellent location and pool was lovely.

Our room was a bit noisy due to being next to staff rooms. Hotel wasn't equipped for loadshedding.

Travel extensively and all the B&B’s and hotels all over the country I stay at have generators or inverters for load shedding. Nothing like this at harbour house.

The location is perfect. The staff very friendly. The rooms are neat. The breakfast each morning was very very good and the service excellent. We will go again for a stay

The room we have was nice and all good, but at just after six in the morning the kitchen staff needs to get stuff out of the beverage room and another room that keeps kitchen stuff, so it wakes one up to early in the morning and it is a bit disturbing because we would love to have slept a little bit later

Our waiters Michelle and Shaun were amazing at breakfast with their humorous and super friendly service. So was the lady who serviced our room (can't recall her name). She anticipated our need for extra foot mats as the shower was bigger than the normal showers. The infinity pool is a highlight overlooking the ocean with majestic views all around.

They only served breakfast and only at weekends lunch. This isn't a complaint or negative feedback because all the restaurants in the immediate surrounding was ample and provided scrumptious lunches and dinners.

The location of the hotel is perfect and the room decor was nice and new.

The ‘adventure pad’ is located behind the kitchen and at quite a weird, dark spot. We only saw these reviews after our booking. I can imagine it would get noisy and sleeping in is not possible, but since we had to get up at 6 it didn’t bother us as the kitchen was opening up at the same time.

The hotel and its location is great. However, the pictures on Bookings.com was not accurate to the room we stayed in. Our room was terrible... Extremely noisy with staff and continuous beeping alarm waking us up in the early evening and morning. We literally left the hotel more tired than on arrival.

After discussing the beeping alarm sound with the staff they did not seem to care. I had to ask them to switch it of on more than 5 occasions. 2 of witch was in my pijamas at 3 in the morning. Got no sleep at all!

The room was next to the kitchen and the store room. It was very noisy! Not the best location of a room.
