Ninh Binh Royal Homestay

The property was in a beautiful setting and was so well maintained and the family took great pride in where they stayed. The room was immaculate and looked exactly like the pictures. Lastly, the family were the nicest people that we have met in Vietnam and welcomed us into their home and took care of us like we were their own family. Breakfast was also delicious. We thoroughly recommend staying here!

Un Homestay non è un hotel. E'ANCHE un hotel. Ma qui ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. Partiamo dalla famiglia che lo gestisce: persone gentilissime. Fare l'elenco delle attenzioni che hanno avuto per noi sarebbe troppo lungo, basti come esempio che una sera che pioveva il marito della Signora che lo gestiva si è offerto di portarci al ristorante in macchina! L'ultimo giorno siamo partiti alla 19.00 e la Signora ci ha fatto stare in camera e usare la piscina fino a quell'ora (aggiungo che ci ha fatto due limonate - usando i limoni del suo orto - e ci ha pure dato delle patatine per il viaggio)! La struttura è esattamente come le foto. giardino bellissimo, piscina ottima, stanze grandi e PU LI TIS SI ME. in una zona tranquilla (ma con ristornati e pub deliziosi a 2 minuti a piedi) e le restanti attrazioni a tiro di un Grab! straconsigliato.

praticamente nulla! Forse l'unica cosa... la colazione. Ottima e cucinata al momento per carità, Ma con poche opzioni europee (eravamo in bassa stagione però!)

The property is beautiful with the little bungalows surrounded by trees, flowers and fish ponds. It’s located in a quiet area but still very close to restaurants which we enjoyed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely and having access to a rental scooter was great. The owners of the homestay were all so very nice and helpful.

It was advertised as 3 bedroom - this meant 3 beds in one room! Not separate rooms. The location was difficult to access by road.
