- very dirty in the bathroom (the walls are dirty and sticky, the foot mat is dirty) - there was no hand soap - there was no dishwashing liquid - very old and dirty sponges and dishcloths on the kitchen sink - very difficult to open the door to the bedroom - very noisy

The Apartment was perfect for myself and my wife. Absolutely everything you need. Great location next to shops and restaurants. So much more relaxing than putting relatives out so from now on when I'm visiting Birmingham (which is usually 2/3 times a month) this will definitely be my go to, if available. Host was such a nice man and really couldn't have been more helpful. Really, Really recommend this place. The Host even kindly let us check out later than usual at no extra cost as the next booking was a later check in. Thanks guys top job.

the location is perfect

not clean. basically the toilet is not clean. the toilet cover is broken. the lock from inside of the room is not working some times. need to fix it. the bedroom door is hard to open

Good little apartment. Close to amenities

Noise levels were out of control. Loud party atmosphere until 4am. Not acceptable. Bedroom needs curtains as blinds allow light from 5/6am.

Room was modern, everything was pretty much brand new. Shower was great, cooker was simple to use. Host was accommodating . Parking was available outside on main street. Local shops available if needed

The things that could’ve helped improve the stay was; more kitchenette items e.g pots, pans, knives, chopping board, foil, tissue etc there was only one pot and 2 spatulas, which didn’t make it great when wanting to use the kitchen facilities. Also extra toilet paper should be provided - only one was given between 2 people for 3 days - so went and purchased more. Sponge and cleaning liquid should have been provided to help guests clean up - we purchased this ourselves to help keep the apartment clean. Walls are thin, so can be easy to hear neighbours and traffic. Instructions in how to use the heating, may also be beneficial for guests

extremely clean, well decorated interior, nice modern bathroom. Bed was comfortable. nice to have a smart tv with Netflix. Heating was set up upon arrival

- radiator in the room had a plastic cover locked on to it so couldn’t change them temperature. - bathroom door didn’t close
