The property isn't close to the ocean. It is 1200 steps one way or 1/4 mile to the beach. If you have a problem walking long distance and you want to get to the ocean then this property isn't a fit for you. The property community pool was closed down both weekends we were there which was a bummer on the hottest days of the summer. You can't bring any food to the pool at all. The pool rules are so strict. I found it a bit over the top. The condo was beautiful and has beautiful views. From May to October the blinds has to be closed by 9 PM. because of the turtles nesting. Pool closes at dusk too. This was overall a laid back vacation. Marco Island, Fl is beautiful and a very clean place.

good view of the beach but no sunset. This time of year caught me off guard that’s why we picked this place for the sunset. The pool was nice.

Beautiful condo, loved the view of the beach. The walk to the ocean was a nice stroll. We’ll definitely be back!!

First trip to Marco Island and it didn’t disappoint. The condo was very comfortable. Need more and brighter lighting in the living room and a few more teaspoons. Change the door key to a Kaba lock. Always had to make sure some would have a key or be there to let you in.
