We loved our stay because the hosts put so much attention to details. We were very comfortable

The property is located not far from the main attractions (Parque Central, Arco, Mercado de Artesanias) about 15-20min walk and there's always tuk tuks available if you don't want to walk, the neighborhood was safe and welcoming we spent a month there and we got to know the neighbors, there's a great spot for food in the main street to get towards the house, there is a tienda next to it and 2 more just down the street, we had a rental vehicle and were able to find on street parking everyday (sundays was a bit more complicated but we knew this thanks to our host) we never felt unsafe and the house was perfect for our family, my mom who resides in Guatemala came over to stay with us and she was able to have her own room with bathroom for added privacy which was fantastic, enough appliances to cook whatever fresh ingredients you get at the market, the view from the terrace even on a cloudy day was beautiful and you can feel the breeze. Our host was always available and there was never a time where we felt we couldn't approach them, they tried to let us know as much in advance as possible for any work in the house or the neighborhood. We felt like we were staying with friends and if we needed something they were able to provide it or direct us in the right direction. Overall we would love to come back and stay here again with more of our family.
