Siam Cookies Cottage

We spent almost three weeks at Siam Cookies, and it was a truly wonderful experience. This is a small, charming boutique hotel with a very special atmosphere. Our sea-facing room was lovely, with a spacious private balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach in front of the hotel is relatively secluded, and there were hardly ever people walking along it, which made the whole place feel wonderfully peaceful and private. Joe and the entire team were incredibly kind and attentive. They genuinely went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. There is a small pool and a lovely restaurant built into the cliff, both offering beautiful views. The setting is simply gorgeous — it really does feel like a little piece of paradise.

A few things are worth knowing before booking. The hotel is quite secluded, so having a car or scooter is highly recommended. Scooter parking is down the steep road leading to the hotel, while car parking is at the top. This could be a little challenging if you are travelling with a stroller or a baby. The water pressure in the shower was also somewhat weak. The pool and restaurant are open to outside guests as well as hotel guests. During our stay, it was relatively quiet and never felt crowded, but it is something to be aware of. These are small considerations compared with everything we loved about the place. We stayed for almost three weeks and were genuinely sad to leave. A beautiful, peaceful and special place, with wonderful people taking care of it. We would happily return. ❤️

The view at the restaurant is unparalleled at sunset. Spacious clean cottages with attention to detail.

They should keep the pool for guests only as it got pretty crowded and loud at some points during our stay.
