The is an excellent place to stay in Lahore. The location is perfect, in a relatively quiet and relaxed area, right next to Jinnah Park, but still close to the old town and main sights. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful; they made us feel very welcome. The food at the hotel is very good, too. The room was clean, good AC and very comfy beds. The terrace area at the front of the hotel is also very nice to sit for breakfast or a cup of chai at anytime of day. All round, perfect stay!

I had an incredible four-day stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and service throughout my visit. A special mention goes to the reception team, Mr. Danish and Mr. Zuneer, who were always welcoming, courteous, and professional. A very special thanks to Mr. Danish, who was consistently available whenever I needed any assistance. His helpful attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction were highly appreciated. I would also like to thank Mr. Sufiyan from Security, as well as Mr. Asrar, Mr. Muneer, Mr. Azad, and Mr. Asad for their care and prompt service. Whenever I needed assistance with the room, the staff responded immediately. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made me feel genuinely looked after. Overall, my four-day stay was extremely comfortable and memorable. The hospitality and dedication of the staff made a real difference. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Only the lower staff and location was good.

The reception asked for cash or bank transfer as there was no way to pay through my credit card. I booked a triple delux family room. Initially, they provided us the room in which AC was not functioning well. We asked the reception to fix it but they could not. Later we moved to the lobby and asked them to change the room. Then they changed it.
