Not being aware of the maintenance fee until a few days prior to arrival. As we were travelling at the time, it was difficult to organise on just a mobile phone. The bank back in Australia interpreted the payment as fraudulent so that was also stressful to rectify. It should be organised at the same time as the final payment.

Far too many emails recv throughout the stay regarding the property, the heating, the bins/rubbish. one info email should suffice.

Excellent location and great value. Cosy but packed with all the mod cons and beautifully refurbed. Loved that we had our own fully equiped kitchen (nespresso machine a special touch), dining table and sitting room giving us that little bit of extra space compared to a hotel room. Stone's throw from town and on a quiet street. Perfect for a short stay. The hosts gave clear and concise instructions making it easy to access the property. We'd come again.

The shower - unfortunately you can't stand under it as the water sprays above you, instead you have to hold the shower head whilst bathing (slightly annoying). Paying for parking. But understandably you are a 3min walk to the centre and 15min walk to the Pantiles.
