Absolutamente todo. El personal es muy amable, alegre y servicial. Te ayudan con todo lo que necesites! Puedes reservar actividades, una motocicleta, taxi, servicios de lavandería, cambiar dinero, etc. La habitación amplia y cama muy cómoda. La limpieza es excelente, toda la casa huele a limpio a todas horas! La ubicación increíble, con dos terrazas desde las cuales puedes ver las montañas, el amanecer y el atardecer. Rodeado de casitas con gallinas y una escuela. Se respira mucha paz y tranquilidad. No está muy lejos del centro (10-15 min. caminando) por si quieres ir a restaurantes, supermercados, al río Nam Song, etc. Nos íbamos a quedar 2 días y terminamos quedándonos una semana!! Es la mejor estancia que hemos tenido en todo Laos! Gracias por hacerlo posible!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Wäscheservice vorhanden (gehen Gebühr, aber sehr günstig) Zimmer waren sauber Man hat nicht mal eine Klimaanlage gebraucht da die Zimmer an sich bereits kühl waren Freundliches Personal

Zwei Duschköpfe (einen für Warmwasser, einen für Kaltwasser) war etwas umständlich

Sehr sauber, alles fein und großzügig. Ruhig, ca. 6 Minuten zur Hauptstraße. Gute und günstige Vermittlung von Attraktionen und Busticket.

The room sizes are great, great sized desk. Great aircon unit. Around 10 minutes walk to the centre out of the party area. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

Bathroom facilities could have been better. Sometimes the room would smell of sewage, had to move from first room because of this. It wasn’t overly offensive.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ONWARDS TRAVEL THROUGH THIS HOTEL. My girlfriend and I booked onwards travel with this hotel, to Hanoi. We got to the bus to take us to Hanoi and one of the staff members on the bus ended up ASSAULTING my girlfriend because we moved seats because the seats they put us on were covered in flies, we then got kicked off the bus because I shouted at the staff member for attacking her. Upon trying to get a refund for the bus the hotel was not very helpful at all, all they did was give us the number of the bus company (who also didn't give us a full refund.) I asked the hotel for more assistance in getting a refund and they flat out refused saying it was nothing to do with them, I don't know about you but if a customer of mine got attacked through a company we was associated with I'd do my absolute more to unsure they were given a refund. I guess the hotel and bus company are okay with WOMAN ABUSE. Also don't believe the time it says on the pricing list, it says it's 22 hours to Hanoi, in reality it's closer to 32 hours (we had friends do the same journey and that's how long it took them). Also on the bus they have horrendous animal abuse, we saw them try to shove a goat into baggage area and friends of ours said they saw them transporting PUPPIES in a small box also in the baggage area. People in Laos do not care about animals, if you hadn't noticed. Please ignore whatever response they hotel has to say to this, like most locals in Laos all there care about is your money. You are not human beings in their eyes, just money.

The location is in a 5 minutes walk to main street. Even when had problems with crashing the rented scooter, the owner helped out with all the repairs and did not charge or scam. Everything very smooth from check-in to check-out. Calm and nice surroundings, very clean rooms. Best value for the money! Defintely recommend and will come back.
