Wonderful views, comfortable bed, the property was beautiful and well kept. Janette was the most wonderful host and breakfast was really delicious, we couldn’t even finish it all! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway

The room, the yard/gardens and the view was amazing.

It was a good 10 minute drive to the shops and waterfront. The house was on a hill with bad parking.

Janette was the perfect host- friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. She baked homemade treats for our breakfast (all 3 days!). The B&B had everything we needed, was exceptionally clean and very welcoming. Beautiful views, gardens and quiet. The perfect place to stay!!

Everything was wonderful!

A dream of a location, a gracious hostess who welcomed us so warmly, a super clean room and comfortable bed, and breakfast with a glorious view. We stayed here in the summer, and having breakfast out in the garden felt like vacations at the Mediterranean. So happy we found this place!

We had two extraordinarily nice days at Janette's apartment in Peachland and were really sad that we had to leave. What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the stunning view and the nice garden. The apartment is really nice and offers everything you need to feel welcome. Breakfast was lovely and Janette was so friendly, kind and helpful, we even got cherrypie and icecream one evening. Thank you so much for making us feel home so far away from home!

Beautiful views

We were welcome to us the garden but nothing was set up. So it was ‘get the cushions for the chairs out of the storage in the garden; use the parasol but first drag it across and put it up yourself’ Also on our arrival, when we were being shown around; we were shown what was in the fridge. A tiny bowl of Cherries, maybe 10, 2 yogurts, a small jug of milk and some butter. We were also given a tin with 4 small scones in it and there was also a small jar of granola. We had just finished an 8 hour drive, so we had the cherries with a glass of wine and I had ate 2 scones to tide me over until we went to dinner. The next morning, I assumed there would be some fresh bread for toast , nothing! Apparently the 2inch big scones were the breakfast! We are English, where scones were invented……. for a tea-time treat NOT a breakfast food. Very disappointing. We would have been happy to pay more to have a decent breakfast.

It was peaceful with a beautiful view of the lake and the garden. I loved sitting outside and listening to the birds. The breakfast selection was great and we got a special fresh baked item every morning.

My only complaint would be that the soundproofing could be improved but it did not detract from our enjoyment.
