Excellent stay with a comfortable room, great facilities, and a convenient location. The highlight was the exceptional customer service at reception, especially from mr. Ishak, who was extremely welcoming, helpful, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made us feel very well looked after
Everything was great overall, and I had no complaints

as with most good things there is always a time to leave and get back to work and taking care of our own duties and tasks so to answer what i don't like simple check out time
