We have stayed at the Riverside Club many times and have enjoyed each location. Close to restaurants and great views... what more can one ask for.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay on Marco Island and at Riverside Club A204!
The condo was beautiful, clean, and directly overlooking the water. We watched dolphins and gulls over coffee in the morning from the comfortable seating of our brand new screened- in lanai. The pools and hot tubs, and entire grounds, were beautiful. The staff were kind and accommodating, and the easy checkout instructions made an early flight reasonable. We enjoyed the quieter side of Marco away from the hustle and bustle of the beach area, while still getting the waterfront views.
Thanks to a tourism guide the hosts had left for us in the condo, we found great beach parking at the Tigertail Beach Park, and with a fun walk across the channel, we enjoyed our days on the much quieter and at times nearly private, north end of the beach where we enjoyed picnic lunches, shelling, and the beautiful surf.
We already can't wait to come back and will most certainly keep Riverside Club at the top of our list for places to stay! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

Perfect spot for relaxing! Watched the sunrise, boats traveling to an from the marina and even saw a dolphin all from the enclosed lanai. Easy access, close to the best restaurants. Very quite and peaceful! Owner thought of everything and was very welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

I was assigned a condo directly above a construction site. Every morning I was awakened by hammering, sawing, and yelling construction workers. It was so loud, I could not hear the TV and there was no privacy whatsoever for the constructions workers were in and out of the garage all day using the equipment. I asked to be moved and this request was ignored.

My mom and I came to Marco for a few days and booked this place pretty last minute. We typically stay at a resort on the island, so this was our first time using VRBO for our time at Marco. We were blown away!! The lanai is an absolute treasure! The view of the sunrise over the water is so beautiful, and the dolphins are plentiful! Coffee in the morning and coladas in the afternoon with a trip to the clean (and relatively empty!) pool in between made up most of our days. We will definitely be returning!

The view was so amazing. Enjoyed watching boats pass by and listening to the sounds of the water. The condo was in a great location and very comfortable. Neighbors were friendly as well. We come to Marco almost my yearly and definitely one of our favorite stays!

Just a wonderful condo facing the bay with very nice comfortable outdoor furniture and indoor furniture with a nice bed. I thought wow, I could live here. Very nice place.

We loved the beautiful waterfront, watching the boats go by and my husband said he saw the prettiest sunsets from the lanai. We spent most of our time there sitting outside. We loved how many restaurants there were within a 20-25 min walk. Enjoyed CJ’s, Mangoes, and The Brewery. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked well equipped! We went down to the pool and hot tub area and liked the seating out there as well. The bed was comfy and the area nice and quiet with a lot of friendly people around. If I had to find a criticism…We did try to watch tv once and thought it odd that the tv wasn’t a smart tv in today’s day and age of Netflix, Prime, Hulu etc. Perhaps an inexpensive firestick would be nice so renters can sign into their accounts to watch their shows.
Don’t hesitate to book here. Just the views alone are so worth it.

This is a beautiful and very comfortable property in a lovely location. The property owner clearly thinks of all her gueats needs. We visited for a few days of R&R and were not disappointed! I would highly recommmes this properry. The only recommendation I have is to request more detailed access information before you arrive.

This condo was very clean, comfortable, bright, and airy. It has been tastefully updated with some nice coastal/nautical designer touches. The screened-in lanai (with a ceiling fan) is a wonderful place to sit, relax, and enjoy the awesome sunrises and beautiful water views. All the neighbors were very friendly. Thank you Christy.

Our stay was wonderful. So relaxing for a quiet getaway. We absolutely loved the screened porch to sit on and watch the sunrises , boats, dolphins, and birds. We did not want to leave.

We had such a great time staying at this condo in Marco Island. It was our first time to Marco and the location was great. Just a quick 5 minute drive to tiger tail beach which was beautiful. Parking there was very easy. We loved spending time sitting out on the covered deck which overlooked the water. My son loved to see all of the dolphins and boats come and go. The condo was VERY clean. So nice to have laundry and a full kitchen. There were even beach chairs we were able to use. Thanks for a great stay!

Renting was easy and we experience no problems. Property is close to bars and restaurants, within walking distance. It was nice sitting on the veranda and watching the morning sun come up. Overall we had a great three weeks day.
