View & space was prefect. Inside clean. Equipped well for cooking. Grounds could use a little TLC, i.e., patio furniture, overall outside cleanliness. Convenient to floating outfitters & restaurants in town.

Had a great weekend ! This is our 5th time staying and always have a great girls weekend even with the rain!

We had a great time. This is a beautiful cabin with a beautiful view. We played dominoes on the back deck while we had our supper. The only suggestion I have for future guests is if you have an SUV, go in it. My little car drug bottom topping the driveway. We had a great time.

The cabin location and stay was nice but we did have some hiccups. The first night we were there, we decided to lounge up and watch a movie together only to find out the Dish wasn’t working with an error displayed. We tried to use personal hotspot to stream a movie which we found the tv was not capable of WiFi. We even found the Blue-ray player was a smart Blue-ray player but no remote was located. We called the number provided on the paperwork and found it to be a previous owner that was sold to new owner months before this. The owner was then contacted about the issue and he was supposed to call dish and contact us back but no further communication was made from him in response and not fix was made for our 5 night stay. Of course we needed a relaxing getaway and we can watch tv at home but would have been nice to have something to do when the sun set. Overall we enjoyed the stay but we were pretty frustrated with some entertainment issues in the evenings when the sun set that could use some tech updates. If we had our kids with us, this would have been detrimental. First place I have stayed that didn’t have WiFi.

Beautiful place off to itself. Really enjoyed the stay. We did have some water supply issues trying to get everyone showered and the roadway could use some trimming. Great view of the river and away from the public. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to relax and stay for a few days.

The view was beautiful!! The cabin was perfect for our family of 8. Cabin had everything we needed for cooking etc Will for sure be back .

Who needs to go dig for diamonds when you have a diamond place to stay, relax and have fun. This place was fantastic. When you walk out the back door it will absolutely blow your mind. Seriously, our whole family went to the diamond mine and we honestly didn’t give it a chance because all we could think about is getting back to the cabin and have fun. The river wraps around your property and you will just have to go down and fish, canoe, raft, swim…… WOW!!

The cabin had all the amenities needed for a comfortable getaway. The cabin has a beautiful view and very private. Convenient short drive to Hot Springs. Grocery store located nearby to get any needed snacks. I highly recommend.

We had a great weekend on the Caddo. Fun times playing cards, walking on the banks, and sitting on the deck relaxing.

This is a great cabin for our group of 6. The cabin has an amazing view! It was everything thing we were looking for! Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Secluded, quiet, clean getaway highly recommended

We loved this little cabin tucked up in the trees with the river flowing around it. We were able to access the river by a short walk to the swim deck area. The river was flowing nicely and you could hear the water rushing over the rocks. We have already booked another week!

Great place to stay! Mother Nature threw us a curveball and we were not able to have water due to freezing temps and plumbing issues. Nonetheless, we had a great time and look forward to being back when it’s warmer.
