The historical design is charming and walking distance to few tourist destinations. Staff in restaurant for supper were friendly and helpful. Night staff very helpful.
The hotel is being renovated at present and this was not communicated at time of booking. The point of sales payment option did not support my credit cards that have 5 digit pin numbers and reception and management ignorant to this challenge. The breakfast buffet was disappointing in comparison with other Bloom hotels I stayed in. Management/reception did not demonstrate concern for guest requests nor challenges.

Perfect location. The hotel is so cute and full of historic charm. Staff is kind and helpful. Our room was huge and the beds were comfortable. 10/10

The room was clean, and the space was nicely used. It has all the required amenities expected.
The breakfast choices were not great, and when served, the meal was cold as it had been sitting there for a while. But there are cafes nearby that offer much better options. Also, there was a big tour group who departed in the middle of the night, so they were noisy and the noise level from the reception carried all the way to the top ( I was staying on the second floor).
