Homely & Cosy.
Amazing shower. Good bed. Fantastic location. Big screen TV , downstairs loo, beautiful outside space. No booklet of rules !!!!!

Handy location for the centre of Beverley. It had everything we needed. Hosts were responsive, & able to organise on-street parking.

Although I was, regrettably, only at the property for a few hours, it was exactly what I wanted. Location — easily walkable to the centre of Beverley; comfort — the breakfast area, kitchen, and exterior terrace are all very appealing; parking — a car park across the street is as close as anyone could wish.
There are a few areas of non-negotiability in modern hospitality accommodation units — bathrooms and beds. Bathroom is great. Mattresses could use an upgrade. Wall art and soft furnishings would make the place feel more lived-in and soften the stark white walls — especially in the bedrooms.
