Amazing welcome from staff plus helpful and warm throughout the stay. Loved the location - quiet street and buzz of the street from the balcony. Great views. Unique place and a privilege to stay there. Lovely decor.

Great location, stayed here twice!
Absolute 10/10 stay. The location of Blue Balcony Hotel is fantastic, close to everything while still being a peaceful place to return to. This was actually my second time booking here, which says it all! Another major plus point: the bathroom comes equipped with a bidet. Clean, comfortable, and my top choice in Tbilisi. Highly recommended!

I love Blue Balcony Hotel so much that I’ve booked it twice now! The location is unbeatable, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. The rooms are immaculate, cozy, and well-thought-out—with the added bonus of having a bidet in the toilet, which is a huge plus. Always a seamless, comfortable experience. I’ll definitely be staying here again on future trips!

A beautifully period property right in the centre of the old town. Feels like an escape from the hustle and bustle of Tbilsi. Welcoming and kind staff, with stunning views from the terrace. Would stay again.
