AXU AIRPORT HOTEL

I have a very good impression from my staying in the AXU Airport hotel. It started from the time when I approaching the entrance and host ( young men) came out and helped me with my heavy luggage. Everything was just perfect -location , food, cleanliness in the room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful stuff. I had a good chance to take shower and rest between my connection flights. The hostess Marina was very attentive and polite, she helped me with all requests, and also she spoke Russian what was an additional bonus to our communicating. My flight was early morning so I should leave hotel at3 a.m., but despite this they serve me breakfast with coffee because it was already included in my price for the room.

The reception area is lovely. The young gentleman at reception and the young lady who works there were lovely and extremely helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room was clean. There is a lift which was handy. Perfect hotel for stopover on way to airport. Bus stop only 5 mins walk away. Lots of shops and supermarkets in the street for last minute shopping. I would definitely stay there again. It was my last night in Turkey and I couldn't have been happier.

Nothing. All great.

It was very good experience, especially the responsibility and respectfully manner of YAVUZ. Warm thanks.

Nothing

The room was big and lots of light. It was close to the airport.

I booked this hotel as (1) it provided a taxi service to meet my late flight, and (2) other reviews said the rooms were quiet. Neither of these turned out well. There was a mix up witb the taxi (in the end the manager refunded me and sorted it out, which was appreciated). The room was next to a main road and the traffic was loud all night.
