The property was clean and homely, great value for money and really good hosts who were quick to answer messages and helpful
The shower needs a little improvement but in all honesty it worked and was good temperature

Good value for money. Had all we needed for a short stay, including smart TV. Front room bed was comfortable. Although parking was on the street, we had no difficulty finding a place. Availability of non-slip mat for the bath/shower was good for older people like us. Electrical problem was rectified quickly. Good location for visiting places of interest around Hull. Close to bus routes, bars and restaurants.
Our son said that the back room bed was too hard. We could not open the front bedroom window, which was an issue given very hot weather at the time. It needs to be fixed.

The host contacted me a few hours prior to our arrival, check in was ok.
A welcome book and how to use things and check out procedure would have been most helpful.
