Great location
the window of my room was facing the street, and the room was on the ground floor, so i had to close the window before i sleep.

Bad smell and uncomfortable bed

The place is a perfect distance from a store, the bus station and everything else. Also a 5 minutes away from Ventspils port which is a perfect spot to take a walk on.

Excellent location! Facilities were ok. Easy to find and good detailed explanation about check in and out. Very warm, even at +12 the radiators were hot. Water was hot and water pressure nice. Kitchen had a teapot, microwave and a fridge!
The smell! Smelled like a retirement home, even keeping windows open for almost the whole stay the smell didn't go away. Bed was too soft, felt like sinking in the mattress. Kitchen table and teapot could have been cleaner.

"Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in einem kleinen Haus in der Ventspilser Innenstadt. Sie war sauber, komfortabel und günstig. Der Check-In sah so aus, dass ich eine Englisch sprechende Vermieterin anrief..."
