location is not hopelessly bad.. too much of smell and sound(there is a catering business right opp to this property and it is not hygienic at all.... it is not a brand new flat as it is claimed by the property owner, it is pretty old also the parking facility is horrible coffee was asked at 630 am and they served at 730am, and the reply for the delay was, sorry sir forgot abt the order. The hotel guy did not call me up even for courtesy sake, to check whether I am am coming or not. so casual, so horrible...Not worth for 2200.00

Place and room was tidy ,hospitality was good response was good ,except the pricing remaining all recommendable

well maintained,centrally located,very clean apartments.....staff are very cooperative and helpful...PS 4 is very near to the stay....had awesome breakfast over there. loved to stay at this studio apt whenever we go to tirupati.....

property staff sent me location map which took us to a different location..(balaji home stays)...then we used google maps to reach over there... they need to update their location in google maps....
