The checkin process was fine… the location was fine… the property was fine. But we had an issue that made my party feel uncomfortable remaining on property and were forced to find other accommodations on a major holiday weekend. I advised the owner of the issue along with photos and instead was accused of planting the issue in order to get out of the venue and a refund. I’m not expecting at full refund but a partial refund should be owed. But instead this owner blamed my party for everything and refused to be cognizant that if my party wasn’t comfortable based on this one issue then why should they settle. And the accusatory responses back from the owner were downright insulting. Based upon this experience, Vrbo & this owner should both be ashamed. I ended up out more money than I expected that weekend. And this has left an atrocious taste in my mouth towards the Vrbo process and will not return, recommend, or use again. I’m expecting this review to somehow magically disappear… but when the owner has to post up a “how the rating system works” printout in the kitchen, there has to be an ongoing issue with other Vrbo customer.

Our stay in the apartment was very nice. The place was clean and well stocked with towels coffee, creamer, soda and even a couple beers. The only down fall is that its on the second floor with steep stairs. Definitely not for anyone with problems getting up stairs like myself. Over all great place.

We had a great time at the property. It was really quiet and packed with everything we needed (and more!) the host was very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended!

This property had extremely nice touches. Very nicely decorated and outfitted. There were extra blankets and sheets and towels, plenty for my family of five. The kitchen was equipped with, coffee, and all the condiments, one would need. If you have young children, be advised that the cathedral ceiling, while beautiful, creates a large echo throughout the place. Luckily, no one lives below, but it does amplify the sound in the unit. As there are no area Rug. This was not a problem, but it took some getting used to. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were socket plugs for your phone via USB by the bedside. Plenty of closet space. TV comes equipped with YouTube live and Netflix and we didn’t need to use our prime stick. Lovely experience.

Clean, newly updated - great location - quiet - park close by - good parking - close to transportation - we enjoyed our stay - Marta was responsive and helped make us feel comfortable. Will stay again if timing is right.
