No complaints at all. Everything was great. They had so many extras that came with the place like toys for the beach, bikes, cooking equipment, seasonings. The back yard is so nice and the proximity to the beach is amazing. The only small complaint is the trundle mattress had pee stains on it. Other than that it was immaculate

We go on an annual beach trip each fall with another family. This was our first time staying at this property and it was a nice stay for four adults and four kids. The bunk room was one of the best. The beds were comfy. The house was well styled and even had sharp knives. Nice thoughtful touches of things you might want to use, such as sand toys and a large coffee pot. If you plan to cook much, make sure to bring your own spices and baking pans. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very responsive property manager and had all the amenities and more than we expected.
Great short hike right behind the house which made the home feel very private. Only woods behind the house.
It had all the toys you would want. A ping pong table, bicycles (some did need repairs) but it had several more to choose from, boards for the surf and sand toys.
Only thing would be to plan to buy groceries before your arrive in Tillamook. Local prices are high.
Lots of hikes nearby and miles of beach just a few blocks away.

Gathered our three kids with my sister’s three kids here, and the house was truly perfect. Ping pong table, all the bikes, the wagon and beach chairs, perfect little wooded trail in the back to a skate park, and some games were all bonuses. A bit of a walk to town and the beach, but a welcome one to break away and shift gears when needed. Fire pit within the sand in the back was used nightly for marshmallows and stories. Check in and out was seamless and almost too easy. Called once to see if we could get in a bit early, and reached someone within five minutes who did their best to accommodate with the cleaning service (which was impeccable considering it is pet friendly). Some wonderful memories made, hope to stay again!

Loved this home. Very clean. Great care taken in decorating. The firepit in back yard used nightly for roasting marshmallows. Easy to walk to beach. Nice walkable wooded area behind home. Would only have asked for directions of best and shortest way to walk to beach.

Awesome location. Loved the property, very clean and had wonderful amenities. Our only problem was that the prior renters had filled the garbage cans but quickly remedied by management providing an extra bin. 5 Stars!

Perfect for our long weekend with our teenagers and friends. Close to everything and well appointed. The kids loved the bikes and pingpong!
