If you’re looking to get away from the town area, Ban Sockluy Home Stay is an absolute gem! The location is peaceful and quiet, and the room is super comfortable with a double bed, soft pillows, fresh towels, mini shampoo, aircon, and a fan. The little kitchen has everything you need—gas hob, fridge, kettle, cups, glasses, bowls, plates, cooking pots, and all utensils for cooking and eating. Drinking water and gas for the hob are available on request at very reasonable prices, which saved me a lot on food. Hostess Sokluy was amazing—so helpful, accommodating, and full of great local tips and directions. Tuk-tuk to town is just $2 or less. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay! 😁

The owner/manager Sokluy is a wonderful, caring, and gracious host. She made sure I had everything I needed for a good stay. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and guidance. The room with attached kitchenette and bath was very comfortable. It is not far from a local nightly market. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and look forward to staying here again. The only challenge is that this location is 3 kilometers from downtown Siem Reap. That was my initial concern. However, using a local transport app (PassApp) it is easy to get an auto rickshaw or tuk tuk to get to downtown and back. So this was easily resolved.

I like the location, outside town and quietness give me peace from day to night. Overall, awesome!!

Everything’s great!!

The location is quite good, both the morning market and night market are 5 minutes by foot, the best accommodations I have ever experienced with, don’t have to take my words for it,just come see for yourself and you will be amazed how
