Casa Lin Venice Zimmer

Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer in den Hinterhof. Wasserkocher gabs auf Anfrage. Mauro ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Direkt gegenüber ist ein nettes Frühstückscafe. All in all haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, das Waschbecken etwas zu klein. Die Ausstattung insgesamt ist stark in die Jahre gekommen.

Inexpensive place to stay in centre of Venice. Very quite area and didn't hear any other guests Beds were super comfy. Nice ceiling fan to keep.it cool. Did the job for our short stay

Being messaged the day before check out and early morning of the day of check out to keep remind me check out was 10am. Carpets were filthy. Shower was not secure.

Beautiful view

The big light on the ceiling didn’t work and it got really really hot inside

The accommodation is very well located, close to Arsenale, shops and restaurants. My room had a beautiful view of the city. This is certainly the best thing about the place.

When I arrived, the room wasn't completely clean or prepared. The toilet had a very unpleasant sewage smell. The following day, when the cleaning lady came to tidy up, the smell was gone and the toilet was clean. However, I think the room should have been properly cleaned before my arrival. In addition, there was an issue with the shower: after a few minutes, the water would become cold. It seemed to me that this might have been related to several guests taking showers at the same time. I reported the issue to the staff, and they came to check it fairly quickly. However, they argued that there was warm water, whereas I was trying to explain that the problem was that the warm water would run out after a few minutes.
