Hyatt Regency Conroe

Location is great. It's quiet. The staff is very cordial and helpful.

The carpeting is too soft in the hallways and makes pulling luggage a little harder than one expects. The menu in the restaurant could be expanded a bit. The food is good, but perhaps there could be more selections.

The staff at the rest went above and beyond to help my daughter and myself. The food was tasty and healthy. The room was cozy, clean and cold! I love when the AC works. We have sensitivities to mold and mildew and your facility and rooms did not have any issues. Oh and it was very quiet!!!!

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, staff was awesome! The amenities were amazing!

The first night we checked in the handle on the shower broke; it was 10 pm so we let it go, we had family also staying at the hotel so we showered in their room. They fixed it first thing in the morning, but....we had no hot water, and had a wedding rehearsal to go to, so we showered again in our family's room the next day. It was fixed by the time we got back at 11 pm, but that meant one day with no showers if we had not had the family option. I expected to be comped in some way, but it didn't happen. Maybe I should have asked or pushed for it, but I thought it should have been offered
