Mikhaila Guest House

We had a wonderful stay! The highlight was definitely the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the staff, especially Mohammed, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. He made us feel truly taken care of throughout our stay. We especially appreciated that they prepared a takeaway breakfast for us because we had to leave early, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It really made a difference and showed how much they care about their guests. The hospitality exceeded our expectations, and we are very grateful for everything. We would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful! The facility was nice, clean and comfortable; only the gardens were a bit forelorn. We were up and gone early both mornings and "to-go" breakfast kits were graciously provided for us. Kirolos arranged a driver for us to and from the airport, and a drop-off at Karnak (thanks, Khalif!). The accommodation is in a safe and quiet street not far from the ferry dock. Simple small room with comfy, firm beds was all we needed and I would stay at Mikhaila house again and recommend it to others. I just wish I'd been able to join the regular breakfast on the roof terrace!

地點就在尼羅河碼頭附近，附近餐廳挺多，員工服務態度非常棒，早餐因為有兩天需要外帶，在前一晚就會提供給我們，最後一天才去餐廳吃，真的是挺豐富，味道也十分棒。

The rooms were big, near the public ferry. Mohammed was friendly. We could check in earlier.

To begin with, breakfast is not as shown in the pictures. There was no milk, no fruits, only local bread. We ordered two continental and two egyptian breakfast ( boiled eggs, local cheese, tomatoes, jam , butter, yoghurt, falafel and some stale pieces of cake). Second night we found a big cockroach in the bathroom( guess the level of cleanliness) The worst was the breakfast today where we got moldy bread. The manager just shrugged his shoulders saying sorry and threw some other bread. Of course we stormed off after this episode. I wonder where the exceptional score come from? Someone mentioned nice view from terrace which is also not the case:-( Pls see the pictures and decide for your self! There is also no shampoo in the bathroom.
