The location, space and decorations are great.
The air con didn’t work as it should have been and the owner has no plan to improve it. The air con in bed rooms are not working and we have to sleep in living room to survive the hot weather

The great location, close to train station and the water buses etc. The cost was very good as we were on a tight budget.
It’s advertised as 3 bedrooms with double beds. In reality there is one double bedroom with double beds. The 2nd bedroom has only a sofa bed. The 3rd bedroom is in the attic and is inaccessible if you are of a certain age, as the stair is steep, narrow and twisting. The double bed in the attic is very low to the floor and the head height is restricted.
