The unit was very clean and comfortable, we had plenty of room to sleep with the four bedrooms. The building is very close to the Reading terminal market and several fun downtown establishments, which we took advantage of. Beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the entertainment area was fun to hang out in. We parked in the parking lot next-door overnight which worked out great.

This was a really great location and felt very secure. Comfortable space, everything is very well labeled. The space was clean and had common areas for everyone to spend time. Great heating system and entertainment options. Would gladly book again!

We were afraid of being robbed! It was homeless and unsavory people littering around the outside of the property. The entrance door looked like the front of a vacant property. We didn’t stay, we left immediately and thankfully secured a hotel room. We were there for a conference and was surprised at the condition of the property! The owner only said it is “generally” safe during the day. We arrived at noon and scared during this time. Who knows what it looks like ay night! We told the owner we had late nights and were concerned. He didn’t care!! We didn’t stay there one Hour. The owner acted like he didn’t care when we expressed safety concerns! He only agreed to 50 percent refund. This property should not be on VROB! It’s unsafe! The owner knows it is not safe and will take your money! BEWARE!!!! Do not stay here!!!!

Yancy was very accommodating to our stay - flexibility with the booking and receptive to all requests.

Very very comfortable spot for a small group. Had what we needed and was very convenient. Great alternative to a hotel and Yancy was the most responsive I have ever seen. This spot helped in our epic weekend!
