The staff was particularly friendly and helpful, especially Annet who runs the place. The food was delicious and always at the table on time. The pool area is great with a fantastic view. The complex is a little off the main road and is particularly quiet. The rooms are a bit worn, but clean. Mosquito nets are available. A very good value for money.

The bathroom/toilet is tiny.

The pool and the location next to a small forest are really nice. The breakfast was the best on our whole trip, with large variety, fruits, and plenty. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We came there a second time before heading to the airport as it had been so pleasant the first time.

Some rooms were not entirely finished, it seems that the whole place is still a bit under construction here and there. But the rooms we stayed in were nice and especially for a family very convenient and good value for money. Water only rinses in the upper floor rooms. But was warm, certainly a plus we did not always get in every hotel.

Peaceful location, lovely swimming pool and superb food to order. Annette is an amazing woman, always on hand to assist.

Our only complaint was a very weak shower

The pool and the double rooms with grass roofs were very nice. Also the location is nicely placed next to a small forest and between Entebbe and Kampala. So it is peaceful although close to the city. The pool was a highlight for our kids. The staff was very friendly and supportive, particularly Annette who took care that we got every service we needed.

The washroom facilities were not in the best functioning state. Water was only dripping in the upper floor room. The fridge in the family room didn't work and the sink couldn't be used as the pipe was missing. The walls in one room were not painted well. And there were no cupboards. But overall it was still ok, especially the beds.

No TV, no cooking possibility, no glasses for drinks, no spoons nor kitchen stuffs and though requested, never brouhht to us. Lizards in rhw appartment etc etc

super nice staff! they are more than welcoming, always friendly and asking if everything is fine. if not, they immediately take care of whatever it is. the english is also great, no problems with the communication.

there was almost no water in the shower and the rooms were pretty dark, even if you pull the curtains aside. but these are just little critics, it‘s africa, so you should be prepared for no european standard and at the end, you‘re still happy with everything.
