The property management (Darlene and Yahayra) at California Vacation Villas were very responsive and extremely helpful! The property itself had some minor issues that could be addressed by the owner.

The gate outside the back bedroom patio needs to be adjusted. During wind, it kept banging

Beautiful property in a gate community with ample parking and multiple pools. There was a nice patio area and the host gave all the amenities we would need - dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, pool towels, shower amenities and everything needed in the kitchen. It was very quiet, very nice, and very easy. The master bedroom and bath were huge and had it's own fireplace, patio, mini-fridge and big walk-in shower. The second bedroom was a good size and was just across from another bathroom. Both bedrooms had tv's and there was a big flat-screen in the living room. We were very happy at this property and would definitely stay there again.

Great villa in a great complex. Lots of pools to choose from. Great location! Very clean.
