Very clean. Good breakfast and 10 minute walk from train station

The hotel is in a good location.

On arrival, we struggled to get into our room. When it finally opened, it had not been cleaned. The receptionist apologised and said he would talk to the housekeeping manager. He gave us a different room, which was fine but it seemed almost as though it was a big inconvenience for him and we were making a fuss. This is rated as a four star hotel. Yet, in the bathroom, there were mould spots and the bin was broken. There were stains on the bedding and the hotel was so noisy and dusty, with work being carried out. It was impossible to rest in the morning after a long journey due to the noise that started at 8am. A kettle in the room, tea and coffee facilities would be good,too. We were only told we could request for them as we were leaving. Pretty disappointed with this stay, to be honest. We only stayed a week ago and had a much better experience so I think it shows that its a bit of a gamble as to whether your stay is a good or bad one.
