Nice appartment in the center of Venice, less than 10 minutes walking from the waterbus station, cafes and restaurants in short walking distance, still very calm and quiet street, nice interior and easy communication with all the information needed via WhatsApp

no elevator - but that‘s absolutely normal in venecian houses so no complaint just an information for people with reduced mobility :)

Renovated to a very high standard . Great location near to vaparetto stops but quiet. Proper neighbourhood with local restaurants & shops nearby. Check-in team helpful & response.

Thee was some construction work going on in the adjoining buildings which was annoying but not a deal breaker as finished by time returned in the afternoon

Ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindumg an die vaporetti

Das Apartment war zu der angegeben Zeit noch nicht fertig

Location was good - not too far away from the main attractions but not overly busy which is what we prefer. The decor was attractive and there were interesting artefacts to look at.

That we were not advised that there was major construction going on in the basement below us which started before 8am and was not tolerable at points during the day. It meant keeping our shutters closed in the bedroom as the workers were able to have a clear view if we didn't. We were also expecting the 2nd bedroom to be set up as sitting area as per the photos. Without this there was nowhere for the 2 of us to sit together to relax. There was one armchair in the kitchen and one in the bedroom otherwise it was the kitchen chairs which were not comfortable for long sits. Neither of the 2 tv remotes worked and as it was wet we would have enjoyed watching a movie. The cost of cleaning at 150 Euros for 3 nights seemed exorbitant especially when we were required to remove all rubbish and recycling which meant going looking for those amenities. There were none in the building. There were no toiletries - if it was not so expensive I would not mention this. There were half empty left overs in a drawer but they were not attractive to use. No response to the email we sent before this review - we had hoped to get some feedback privately
