Absolutely wonderful! This quaint little apartment has everything you need. Everything was spic and span on arrival. Getting the keys was no hassle either. Temperature was good throughout and you can adjust if need be with the easy to use NEST device. There is a train line nearby that will be disturbing to some but I find such things calming!
I had no issues at all during my 3 week stay and will return if I am ever in need of lodging in the area.
The water pressure in the shower leaves a lot to be desired but this is just a minor gripe when compared to the excellent value of this unit.
I also didn't like that I had to leave - this place felt like home!

I liked the interior and how clean everything was. It was really comfy and it made me feel like it was my own apartment.
I didn’t like how long it took for us to find where the apartment was, because on the description, the location was different and we ended up spending money on different Ubers to take us to different places until the owner messaged us back with the right address.

Modern gym within the appt block. Small, but well kitted out.
No TV service during my stay. Owner aware and helpful.
Some train noise - the rail tracks are immediately behind the appt.
Full size ironing board would have been helpful.

Location just right to visit family and friends in Birmingham and Nuneaton. Jen was as helpful trying to get the TV to work

Good value for money. Good proximity to airport. Hassle free stay. Apartment was clean and provides all necessary appliances and accessories for cooking.
Proximity to train line, which are very frequent. But sound isolation is good enough when windows closed.

Lovely spacious apartment with comfortable bed and modern decor. Generally very clean. Good value for money.
There is a train line literally right outside the apartment, which is very noisy and wasn't mentioned. The instructions about how to get into the property and where to park could have been clearer (like the number of the parking space and an up to date picture of which keybox to use). There were no dishwasher tablets provided. The kettle was old and sticky and the bowls in the cupboards weren't clean. The freeview on the TV didn't work and the sofa and chair were small and uncomfortable. There was also no information about how to access the gym facilities.

The property was clean and modern and well appointed with all the amenities you would need. Great location, not too far from the High Street.

Nothing my stay was totally ruined by a host that didn't care
I didn't like being freezing Zero heating, an un-comfortable bed with springs sticking in my side and back, road noise, building maintenance noise drilling - I contacted the owner to ask them to turn the heating up - they just replied saying it was the cleaner who is responsible BUT the cleaner never popped in to fix it!

Nice area, lovely apartment and great facilities, clean tidy and well equipped.
I had a few issues on check in but these were mainly down to Booking.com and not the host. However the host was amazing and resolved immediately without fuss. They really went the extra mile to help me and make my stay as comfortable and stress free as possible.
I can't recommend this enough and definitely be staying again!
