The property was a bit small but cozy. The host were great with communication.

The owners were among the best in terms of communication from the moment that we booked the trip. In addition to letting us know some overall info on the surrounding area, they offered a list of extras to cater to our tastes. They were clear on any changes to the building (a new lock put on the door), informative on best places to park depending on the time of day (so accurate, too!), responsive within a day prior to our trip, and responsive within hours while we were there.The place was perfectly clean, with an ample amount of cleaning supplies for us to use during our stay (dish soap, bath soap, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods. It was also stocked with a wide variety of small kitchen appliances and tools to make cooking in the condo a breeze. The beds were comfortable, the variety of fans (ceiling and personal) made the place cool and airy, and the bathrooms were spacious to where we didn't feel crowded when it came time to brush our teeth or get ready to go out.This was a top notch experience, within one day of being there we knew that we were in a great place. We are definitely planning on returning as soon as our schedule allows for it, and we will look for this place.

Everything was good except a little noisy at night and the shower valve in small bathroom was terrible could not hardly turn the valve was worried about it breaking the handle off thanks

Great location. Confusing property to navigate tho. The place was roomy enough and the listing was accurate. The check in process was nice in terms of dealing directly with the property owner who was able to answer questions within minutes of texts which was reassuring, but the building itself is confusing. Park on the 4th P4 parking garage floor to reduce the amount of stairs needed to get up to the main floor with the condos. The elevator only being available with a key card is annoying. There was a long code to enter the unit and the door lock machine was tough to work. Made for an interesting initial impression. When we got setup and settled in the wifi was out. I messaged the owner who was able to provide a phone number for the ISP who I called twice and spent 45 minutes in total on the phone with, but apparently it was too big of an issue to fix for the ISP. Wifi was needed for 2 out of the 3 TVs in the unit. The owner did offer to move us to another unit, but it was already 10pm. I had to use lots of personal cell data for my decompression time when I came back to the place after a long day. Not much a property owner can do when the internet just doesn't work. The property was clean. The amenities were excellent. The beds were springy and seemed a bit old. There was a note there about tipping the cleaning crew which is very distasteful. We enjoyed it for the location but likely wouldn't consider this place again in the future.
